1. Information We Collect To provide the personalized accountability service, we collect the following: Personal Identity: Name, age, gender, location, and email address.
Communication Data:
Phone number and handles for platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal.
Habit Data:
"Done/Not Done" status of your self-defined goals and your personal progress streaks.
Audio Data:
Calls may be recorded for quality control and to ensure accuracy in your weekly progress snapshots.


2. How We Use Your Information We use your data strictly to:
Perform scheduled check-in calls and send motivational content.
Generate your "Saturday Snapshot" visual summaries.
Process payments and maintain your account.

Note: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers.


3. Data Storage and Security Dedicated Hardware:
All client interactions and data are managed on a dedicated, secured device used exclusively for Consistency Buddy.
In-House Software:
Habit tracking is processed through our proprietary in-house software.
Cloud Backups: Data is backed up to secure cloud services. To protect your privacy, identity-identifying information is omitted from these cloud backups where possible.
Retention:
We retain your history for as long as you are an active subscriber.


4. Third-Party Services Payments:
We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments. We do not store your credit card or bank login details on our servers.
Communication Platforms:
Your privacy is also subject to the terms of the platform you choose (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.


5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA) Regardless of your location, Consistency Buddy provides the following rights to all users:
Access & Portability:
You may request a copy of all data we hold on you at any time.
The Right to be Forgotten:
Upon cancellation, you may request that we delete all your personal data. We will fulfill this request after sending you a final copy of your progress data.
Correction:
You may update your contact information or goals at any time.


6. Children’s Privacy:
Consistency Buddy is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.


7. Data Breach Notification:
In the unlikely event of a security breach where your data may have been compromised, we commit to notifying all affected users via email within 72 hours of discovery.


8. International Transfers:
As Consistency Buddy is currently operated from Jamaica, going forward, your data will be processed and stored from whatever country consistency buddy is currently in.
